EDITED BY

Some covetable Topshop pieces from their last press day, which means it must be in stores now (wahoo!) How often online do you see something which is available to buy right away? I definitely need to take a trip into Oxford Street soon, also because for the next few weeks the Regent St side entrance of the store has been turned into Edited By; a mini Tophop with all the best pieces hand picked from the main store by a different editor each month. The first is Dazed & Confused’s Katie Shillingford and will give a true insight into one of London style visionaries. Not only will the clothes be hand picked by Katie but also the music in the the space itself as well as a selection of books and magazines that are inspirational to her. I tend to get a little nauseous when shopping in the huge flagship store, so this mini store filled will all the best items hand picked by Katie Shillingford? It sounds almost too good to be true.
Edited By will be open from August 2nd and will feature a new guest editor each month for a two week period.

JACQUES TOWNHOUSE OPENING PARTY

This year Jacques Townhouse came to Canvendish square with even more girly to delights to offer up in this newer and bigger space. There was a beauty parlour, lavish lounge, wardrobe of wonders and even cupcake customisation, as well as an enchanted garden for massages and play. I took full advantage of the beauty parlous and had my nails done, nude with pink tips! Pretty but sadly gone now.
Bip Ling and Alexis Knox were on the decks until Keisha Buchanan, the new face of Jacques, performed her first solo gig at the townhouse. She was absolutely amazing, my favourite song being an amalgamation of Girls just wanna have fun and Beyonce’s Rule the world.
I’m already looking forward to next years! You can book to stay at the house through Jacques facebook page, hurry as it’s nearly over!
Most of these photos are my own but some of these photos have been pinched from Jacques facebook

CANAL

Wearing: Versace sunglasses, vintage dress, Ann Demeulemeester shoes
A lot of today was spent by the canal in the sunshine. It’s been a beautiful day today in London and whilst running round town doing errands, and I intentionally took the long route by the canal to take in some quiet time. Wearing my favourite vintage dress as it’s just the best shape ever. It has been completely hand made and therefore must be one of a kind.

ESCAPE TO THE COUNTRY

Wearing: Ann Demeulemeester jacket and long fringed top, T by Wang tank, Acne shorts, Ann D buckle boots, RayBan sunglasses
Last weekend I took a trip down to Devon for a friends wedding, it was the first real get away I’d had in ages. It was in the middle of the countryside at the brides childhood home, far away from phone signal or internet. We camped in the field after partying all night and taking part in the various activities (bucking bronco’s, sumo suits, bungee bouncy castles and lots of lemon vodka to name a few). Proof that a wedding can be so much fun.
