On Friday Amy and I were invited to the Vero Moda showroom on Leonard St to preview some exclusive pieces from the new A/W 2010 collection. The showroom was in a converted schoolhouse building and set an incredible scene for the day ahead.

Amy and I got to try out our top picks from the collection and even take some pieces home with us!

Amy took away with her the Very Leather Dress and Grey Chunky Knit Cardigan and I got the Leather and Suede Jacket and Very Pannel Dress. I’m so happy with my items! I’ve been wearing my leather jacket NON STOP.

Vero Moda opens at 179 Oxford St on the 4th November.

In the mean time you can enter their Gold Bag Competition. A few days before the store opens there will be 300 gold bags released into the public realm, these gold bags are your ticket to a whole outfit for free!

CLEMENS EN AUGUST

On Monday night the beautiful Amy invited us to the Clemens en August Sales Preview. A chance to buy the collection at wholesale prices; in hindsight this wasn’t such a good idea. Standing amongst high flying fashionistas with moths flying out of our pockets. It was lots of fun hanging out with Amy and Andrew, trying on so many beautiful clothes with free flowing champaign and nibbles alongside. The fur jacket was everyone’s favourite, I love the photo of Andrew with everyones hands all over him!

ONE LAST DAY OF SUMMER

Have been enjoying this random hot summer weather in London today; It’s been beautiful! Lounging around on the balcony and baking quiches.. it’s what you do when you have a little too much time on your hands!

Anyway I’m going to forget about the current lack of paying job, I’m off soon to a Clemens en August private shopping evening hosted by the lovely Amy from WolfWhistle. Erk, oh dear..
